CTP Reforms for Point to Point transport

Taxi green slips reforms is to reduce ctp by 40%.

Assuming Taxi CTP is currently $7000, 40% reduction brings it to $4200

So Ride sharing CTP is going to be at worst $4200......but the reforms is proposing a usage formula for rideshare, so it should be lower than $4200

I posted the same link in the UP forum awhile back...

I doubt reporting of usage each quarter would be required...thstd just too much overhead.

I suspect that there would be a sliding scale
