Running OLA app in the background

    Hey all. I am very new to Ola. Just so wondering if the app can be run in the background. Currently, even if I am reading an SMS, the app seems to not look for fares.

    No problem on my phone (Android).

    Go to settings > battery and double check the ola app is excluded from being power managed (aka, put to sleep by the system).
