    Hi guys
I am new to uber. I started only two weeks ago. Yesterday one rider wanted to take me on a route that was not booked through the app (a longer route to pick someone up). When I asked him to change the route on the app he started swearing at me using F word.

What can I do if something similar happens in future. Can I cancel his ride and ask him to get out of my car?

    Please advise.

    Thank you

If this ever happen to me what I do is stop the car and ask the passenger to leave the vehicles. Tell the rider the ride is over. If the rider refuses to leave the car than tell him/them that you are about to call the police.

Next, once they've left the car, report the incident to Uber (ASAP!), mentioned you were threatened and sworn at and that this passenger should be removed immediately from the Uber platform.

Don't take shit form anyone mate, your car your rules.
