Vehicle Rego- private or business usage?

Hi everyone,
I'm planning to do Uber part time and my rego is about to expired too.
so my question is should the car's rego be renewed as private or business?

I've called ServiceNSW(RMS) & Point to Point Transport to clarify on the above question.

they replied with:

--ServiceNSW: "its your choice to put down as private/business, both is legal, its only going to affect how you claim tax for deduction and need to contact insurance company if they will cover you for ridesharing or not, ( i asked if police would issue fine if i get pulled over while Ubering if registered as private, she answered NOT SURE"

--Point to Point Transport: "It depends on the main usage of the car, if private use portion is bigger than uber, then register as private, otherwise business."

i am now very confused, as i don't know who to listen to, wants to find out the consequence for putting my car down as private, will i get fined, will i get insured under CTP, as QBE didn't ask the purpose of the car
