The dreaded 5 star rating system in uber. What a train wreck of an idea, seriously as someone whom is new to uber ! Can anyone explain to me how this is a good system? When you have a good experience At a restaurant or hotel ...you can rate it up to 5 stars but it would have to be something totally awesome to get 5 friggen stars! And yet somehow uber explains to me I need to keep a high rating in order to stay on their platform. But with riders not knowing that or even caring they give 4 stars thinking that is a good rating ! It should be a simple rating system instead 1 - did you have a satisfactory ride yes/no 2- No- please chose one of the following -driver was unsafe -car was not safe - other _ please specify
