California Pax/Uber driver got $300 award.

I had a pax who drove only part-time Uber in southern California tell me she received a $300 settlement check from a class action lawsuit vs. Uber. Can anyone provide verification or links to documents? I would like to see the specifics...if it was the "upfront fare" or something else.
