Has Uber increased their fees?

Ok just clarifying here, (because its much easier and more accurate than actually asking uber) but has the service fee for uber in Adelaide gone up to 27.5% for everybody? i was on 25% before but i just got back from overseas and they updated the terms and conditions so i had to accept them to use the app and it hiked up my fee to 27.5% for uber x, i guess because of GST. I am registered for GST of course and claim the portion of the fee back from the ATO. Just checking everyone in the same boat...
